Do I need an account to place an order?

No — you can check out as a guest. Creating a free account lets you save addresses, reuse your details, and see your full order history across every restaurant on NoshBite.

How do I track my order?

Use the Track Order page with your order number, or open the order from your account. You will see live status updates from confirmation through preparation, dispatch, and delivery.

How do I pay for my order?

Payment options are set by each restaurant and shown at checkout — typically cash on delivery, bank transfer, or other methods the restaurant has enabled. For transfer payments you can upload a payment proof right from the order confirmation page.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Contact the restaurant as soon as possible — orders can usually be changed or cancelled before the kitchen starts preparing them. Once preparation begins, cancellation is at the restaurant's discretion (see our Refund Policy).

How do refunds work?

Refunds are handled in coordination with the restaurant that received your order. Contact them with your order number; approved refunds are returned through an available payment method.

Is my personal information shared with restaurants?

A restaurant only sees your details after you place an order with them, and only what is needed to fulfil that order — your name, contact number, and delivery address.

Can I sign in with Google?

Yes — use the "Continue with Google" button on the customer login page. If you already have an account with the same email address, Google sign-in connects to it automatically.

How do I list my restaurant on NoshBite?

Click "Register restaurant" in the footer, fill in your restaurant details, and pick a plan. Once approved, you can build your menu, set delivery zones, and start taking orders.

What tools do restaurants get?

An online storefront, menu and branch management, POS, kitchen display system, staff roles, discounts and deals, reviews, delivery zones, WhatsApp ordering, and analytics — depending on the selected plan.
