These terms govern use of NoshBite’s marketplace, checkout, restaurant storefronts, customer accounts, and restaurant software.

Acceptance and accounts

By using NoshBite, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from them. You must provide accurate information, use the service lawfully, protect your credentials, and be responsible for activity through your account.

NoshBite is a technology platform

NoshBite provides software and a marketplace that connects customers with independent restaurants. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, NoshBite is not the seller or merchant of restaurant food and does not prepare, own, pack, supply, or deliver it.

Your food order is an agreement with the selected restaurant. The restaurant is responsible for its menu, descriptions, prices, taxes, availability, ingredients, allergens, food safety, preparation, fulfilment, delivery or pickup, cancellations, returns, refunds, and order-related customer service.

Orders and restaurant information

Submitting an order is a request to purchase from the restaurant. The restaurant may accept, reject, or cancel it because of availability, delivery coverage, suspected misuse, pricing or menu errors, or another reasonable operational issue.

NoshBite displays information supplied by restaurants. Restaurants must keep it accurate, but availability, appearance, portions, ingredients, and prices may change. Contact the restaurant before ordering if you have an allergy or dietary concern.

Payments

At present, restaurants configure the payment choices shown at checkout and are responsible for collecting, checking, and reconciling order payments. NoshBite may display instructions or allow payment proof to be uploaded, but that does not make NoshBite the recipient or guarantor of the payment.

NoshBite may introduce an integrated checkout payment option. If it does, the payment provider and any additional terms or charges will be shown at checkout. NoshBite or its provider may then facilitate payment and an authorized refund, while the restaurant remains responsible for the underlying order unless checkout clearly states otherwise.

Delivery, returns, cancellations, and refunds

Delivery or pickup is performed or arranged by the restaurant. Times are estimates and may be affected by restaurant workload, distance, traffic, weather, or rider availability.

Cancellation, return, and refund requests are decided by the restaurant under the applicable order status, restaurant policy, and law. The Return Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy provide more detail and form part of these terms.

Restaurant accounts and subscriptions

Restaurant users are responsible for their listings, legal compliance, staff access, customer information, order operations, and enabled integrations. Features and usage limits depend on the selected plan. Restaurant subscription payments are separate from customer food-order payments.

Acceptable use

You must not place fraudulent orders, publish fake reviews, impersonate another person, abuse promotions, scrape or copy the service without permission, upload harmful content, probe security, disrupt the platform, or use NoshBite to break the law or another person’s rights.

Service and intellectual property

NoshBite and its licensors own the platform software, design, and NoshBite branding. Restaurants retain rights in their own names, logos, menu content, and submitted materials, while granting NoshBite permission to display and process them to operate and promote the service.

We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue features for operational, security, legal, or commercial reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Liability and legal rights

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoshBite is not responsible for a restaurant’s food, safety, conduct, delivery, refusal, delay, cancellation, refund decision, or other act or omission. NoshBite may try to facilitate communication but does not guarantee the outcome of a restaurant dispute.

Nothing in these terms limits a right or liability that applicable law does not allow to be limited or excluded. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the platform changes, including when integrated checkout payments are introduced. The updated version will be posted here with its effective date.
