Refund Policy
Restaurants decide food-order refunds. NoshBite provides the software and may help communicate or, for a future integrated payment, technically facilitate an approved refund.

Who decides refunds
The restaurant is the seller responsible for the order and decides whether an issue qualifies for a full refund, partial refund, replacement, credit, or no refund, subject to applicable law.
NoshBite does not guarantee a restaurant’s decision and does not independently approve a refund for restaurant food.
How to request a refund
Contact the restaurant as soon as possible using the details on your order confirmation or tracking page. Provide the order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos or other evidence where relevant and safe.
If you cannot contact the restaurant, NoshBite customer service may help forward the issue, but the restaurant remains responsible for deciding it.
Cancellations
Ask the restaurant immediately if you need to cancel. A restaurant may decline cancellation after it accepts the order, starts preparation, dispatches a rider, or incurs costs. A displayed cancellation option does not guarantee approval until the restaurant confirms it.
How an approved refund is paid
For current restaurant-managed payment methods, the restaurant is responsible for issuing the approved refund and explaining the method and timing.
If you paid through a future NoshBite integrated checkout option, NoshBite or its payment provider may process the refund after the restaurant authorizes it. Timing depends on the provider, bank, payment method, and applicable rules and may not be immediate.
Unresolved concerns
You may contact [email protected] with your order number after first contacting the restaurant. We may review platform records and facilitate communication, but cannot promise a refund or substitute our decision for the restaurant’s.
This policy does not remove any mandatory consumer right or remedy available under applicable law.
